To keep our team members as safe as possible we are all requiring masks 100% of the time with the team and our clients. We disinfect everything every hour, take temperatures and any other precautions.

IF YOU HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID 19:

If you have tested positive for COVID 19, you will be required to have a negative test no less than 14 days after your positive test to receive services at TGBB. 

Many of our procedures and protocols have changed as we implemented new policies outlined by the State of Virginia, CDC, and massage organizations.

Keep in mind that reopening does not mean that COVID-19 has gone away, or that resuming normal activities is 100% safe. There is no way to completely social distance while providing our spa services.

Personal Protection Equipment Requirements (PPE):

 We are a "MASK PERMITTED" business. This means that we are going on the honor system with our clients and patrons. ALL STAFF WILL WEAR MASKS DURING TREATMENTS.  

When You Arrive for Your Appointment:

We will conduct a Check-In Screening Questionnaire/Protocol, take your temperature, wear masks and sanitize your hands before your service. 

Our Cleaning Protocols:

Before and after each service, our TGBB staff will clean and disinfect (with FDA medical grade disinfectant) all surfaces touched by staff and clients, including door handles, bathrooms, front door, sink handles, toilet handles, water dispenser. This is in addition to regular cleaning of all the surfaces in the treatment rooms. We have added air purifiers and filters to help with ventilation in the spa facility.

Scheduling Requirements:

We must continue to take extra precautions with COVID-19. You must reschedule your spa service if you:

*Have any sickness symptoms within the last 14 days

*Been in contact with any sick person within the last 14 days
