Please allow 10-15 minutes during your first visit for parking and to fill out our brief intake form. If you know you’ll be late, or unable to to make your appointment please call in advance. As a courtesy to our guests following your appointment, a late arrival of 10 minutes or more may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule. Please keep in mind that no-shows or last minute cancellations leave our estheticians with empty appointment times and the inability to book other guests. Because of this clients that do not honor their appointment time will be charged a fee as mentioned below in the cancellation policy section.
CANCELLATION AND CREDIT CARD POLICY: Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you acknowledge and respect our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call the office at: (757) 881-1237. If we don’t answer leave your information on our answering service.
A credit card is required to be kept in file for all future appointments.
