Cancellation Policy & Spa Etiquette

Trinity Gardens Beauty Bar Spa is by appointment only.

Please allow 10-15 minutes during your first visit for parking and to fill out our brief intake form. If you know you’ll be late, or unable to to make your appointment please call in advance. As a courtesy to our guests following your appointment, a late arrival of 10 minutes or more may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule. Please keep in mind that no-shows or last minute cancellations leave our estheticians with empty appointment times and the inability to book other guests. Because of this clients that do not honor their appointment time will be charged a fee as mentioned below in the cancellation policy section.

CANCELLATION AND CREDIT CARD POLICY:  Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you acknowledge and respect our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call the office at: (757) 881-1237. If we don’t answer leave your information on our answering service.

A credit card is required to be kept in file for all future appointments. Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our estheticians with empty appointment times, as well as other guests that can not get in. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

• All confirmed services are non-refundable. However, should you decide to change services, you may apply paid credit to another service of equal value or lessor value (v-steam sessions are excluded). Please contact our office for additional information.*
• LESS THAN 48 HOURS (FOR GROUPS OF TWO OR MORE)
  100% of service will be charged
• MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE
  Service will be cancelled at no additional charge 
• LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE
  50% of the service price will be charged
• SAME DAY CANCELLATION WITH RESCHEDULE OF SERVICE
  25% of the service price will be charged
• FAILURE TO SHOW WITHOUT NOTICE
  100% of the service price will be charged (cannot reschedule service(s)
• We reserve the right decline services

Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Please allow 5 minutes for parking. Your timely arrival is appreciated.
